Narkotika menn er i bitter strid med anti-narkotika politistyrken, takket være hjelp fra vampyrer ser det ut til at narkotika banden vinner konflikten, men alt forandrer seg etter drapet på en av anti-norkotika agentene når hans tidligere medarbeider ønsker å gjenopplive han.

Mr. Glenn er skeptisk, men godkjenner søknaden. Tom blir gjenopplivet som en fantastisk robot agent.

Roboten fremstår som en ganske grei og naiv type og på et tidspunkt i filmen møter han spøkelset og vampyren som elsker hverandre, men istedet for å drepe begge to snur han bare rundt og forlater bygningen.
Viss du liker 90 minutter med urelaterte scener uten narrativ struktur er dette helt klart filmen for deg.

The drug people are fighting the anti-drug agents, thanks to the aid of vampires the drug men are winning, but the tables turn after the fateful killing of an anti-drug agent when his former coworker wants to bring him back.

Mr. Glenn, sceptical at first, approves the application. Tom is brought back to life as a fantastic robo cop, he wanders around killing drug people & vampires.

The robo warrior is a gentle giant, he has a good heart and at one point he meets the vampire man and ghost woman who are in love, they plead for him not to kill them & after a brief flashback scene the robo man turns around to leave the building.
If you enjoy 90 minutes of unrelated scenes with no narrative structure then this is the film for you.
